Inspired by the two-year fight for control over the Isonzo river valley as well as the Alps during World War One, Isonzo is a new level for its place in the WW1 Games Series, figuratively and literally.

The brand new game mode of Offensive allows you to be in the central position of important offensives from the past in the Italian Front – lead an attack across spectacular Italian landscapes to attack or plan your defense on dynamic battlefields.

Every detail is recreated using research and field trips starting with the uniforms and the massive arsenal of guns. Kill your opponents when you are in close range using mortars, artillery and air support as well as finish the job within close range with a bayonet. Watch out for poison gas.
