It is your turn to play the role of one of the children Legatus, whose father was murdered by a shady political rival. The result is that you must escape Rome to seek refuge during the war against the Greek rebel. As you progress through the game, you build up your military prowess, strengthen yourself through the crucible of battle and transform into the Legatus that everyone comes to respect, and to fear. In Expeditions: Rome, you are able to demonstrate the spirit of Rome in your actions all over the globe, all the way from the bright blue coastlines of Greece up to the deep woods of Gaul. The player decides how Rome and the other players will view the character. Do you have silvery tongues or an iron fist? You are able to choose to embrace the political history of the Republic or create your own paths through the complexities of Rome’s Senate. The choice you make will decide on the future of your legion, your close companions, and of Rome itself.
